The Art of Smiling

Smile, it is the key that fits the lock of everybody’s heart.

A smile is happiness you’ll find right under your nose, a curve that sets everything straight.
I believe in the power of a smile. Every little smile can touch somebody’s heart.
It is contagious and therefore one of my goals every day is to smile, whether to myself or to someone else, even a complete stranger.

Smiling is what grounds me; it stabilizes and makes me feel more in control every day. It reminds me that, despite the fast pace of life, I must always remember to be happy and appreciate the little things in life and be in gratitude to the universe.

Smiling helps me overcome times of fear, anxiety and nervousness and at the same time it lets me express to others my proudest moments. Sometimes, when no words can be spoken, a smile is all that is needed to fill the air to convey our love for others.

The smile is a universal sign of happiness. I believe it is the ultimate connection between all humankind. No matter how big or small, if a smile is genuine it creates an ineffable feeling in the atmosphere.

I believe in the power of a smile to make the saddest of circumstances a little better and also to enrich the happiest experiences in life. I believe in the power of a smile to transcend all barriers between individuals and to create special moments in life.

Smiling shares our happiness with others and is the way of showing your happiness, love, friendliness, appreciation and kindness. When you watch a friend doing something silly or embarrassing , you smile.

When you are feeling down , seeing someone smile, your heart feels happy and that makes you feel better and probably you have a better day ahead.
When you are recognised for your performance at home by your family or at work by your colleagues , you smile.

When the police let you off without a fine, you smile…a simple smile can do anything in this world, such as broken confidence, broken dreams and even a broken heart..

Have you ever been in a sour mood and then someone comes along with a huge smile and makes you smile too ?

Or maybe you were walking around and a stranger gave you a smile? How would this make you feel? Happy, Warm, or put you in a positive mood?

This is the impact of a smile.
A smile may be something very small and many of us take one for granted but a smile can actually change how someone thinks, feels and interacts with others.

A smile is something that is very personal and many people take a smile in different ways.

Did you know that smiling can affect your health and body, it can affect your brain development and how we think and smiling can also affexr how we feel about ourselves and interact with others. I know what your thinking, are you serious, one little smile can do all that, yes, yes it can, but have you ever thought about if everyone never smiled then what a dull place this world would be ?

Well, So keep SMILING because If Beauty is power; a smile is its sword and as you grow, the Wrinkles on your face will only go where the smiles have been.
