Effective Date: 21st March 2026
1. Sessions
- 30% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled session.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
2. Programs / Courses
- Fees for programs and workshops are non-refundable once enrolled.
- In exceptional cases, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
4. Technical Issues
If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues from our end, it will be rescheduled.
