A 90 to 120 -minute experiential workshop to help you step out of mental loops and into calm. Through guided meditation, journaling, expressive art, and practical tools, you’ll learn to recognize overthinking, soothe anxiety, and build a kinder relationship with your mind.
Overthinking keeps us stuck — replaying the past, fearing the future, and missing the present. It drains energy, disrupts sleep, strains relationships, and feeds anxiety and at least leads to PROCRASTINATION.
Mind Maze is a safe, judgment-free space to understand and unwind these patterns. This is not therapy, but a hands-on lab where you’ll explore your mind with curiosity and compassion.
Intent
To help participants recognize overthinking cycles, understand how they impact daily life and mental health, and learn evidence-informed tools to interrupt the loop and cultivate calm.
